Refund & Return Policy

At VishalHub, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us and we will review your request according to the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Do not throw away the original packaging until your return request has been reviewed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

7. Refunds

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request the customer's bank account or other suitable payment details to process an approved refund.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product, VishalHub may arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping cost, subject to review and approval.

For other return requests, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by our policy.

9. Exchanges & Replacements

Where a replacement or exchange is approved, it will be subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may provide an alternative resolution, such as a refund, where applicable.

10. Refund Delays

If your refund has been approved but has not appeared in your account, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary.
